Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Faceup mobile application (the "App"), website, and related services (collectively, the "Service").
By creating an account or using Faceup, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Service.
1. Who We Are
Faceup is operated by Canopas Software LLP ("Faceup", "Company", "we", "us", "our"), a company registered in India at 552-554, Laxmi Enclave 2, Katargam, Surat, Gujarat 395004.
Faceup is a face yoga and skincare application that creates personalized routines, guided exercises, and skincare plans, and helps you track your progress.
2. Eligibility
To use Faceup:
  • You must be at least 13 years old.
  • You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, or have permission from a parent or guardian.
3. Not Medical Advice
Faceup provides general wellness and self-care content. It does not provide medical, dermatological, or health advice, and it does not diagnose, treat, or prevent any condition.
Face scan results, recommendations, and expected results are estimates for personalization only. Results vary from person to person and are not guaranteed.
Stop any exercise that causes pain or discomfort. Consult a doctor or dermatologist before starting if you have a medical condition, recent facial surgery or injections, skin conditions, allergies, or are pregnant. Check product labels and patch-test new skincare products.
4. License to Use Faceup
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use Faceup for its intended purpose.
You agree not to:
  • misuse the Service or use it in violation of any laws or regulations
  • attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or redistribute the software
  • upload malware, harmful code, or other malicious content
  • attempt unauthorized access to accounts, servers, or systems
  • disrupt, interfere with, or attempt to compromise the operation, functionality, or security of the Service
  • upload photos of other people without their permission
All rights not expressly granted remain with Canopas Software LLP.
5. Your Account
To use most features of Faceup, you must create an account.
You agree to:
  • provide accurate information when registering
  • keep your account information updated
  • keep access to your sign-in account and email secure
  • notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
6. Your Content
Faceup lets you add content such as face scan photos, skin diary entries, progress photos, and notes ("User Content").
You retain ownership of your User Content.
You grant Faceup a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, process, and transmit your User Content only as needed to provide the Service, including analyzing face scans to personalize your routine.
You are responsible for the content you upload. Only upload photos of yourself.
7. Fees and Subscriptions
Faceup is free to start. Some features, such as your full face yoga plan, additional workouts, and all lessons, require a Faceup Pro subscription.
If you purchase a subscription:
  • payments are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play
  • subscription terms and refunds are governed by those platforms
  • subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.
Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription anytime through your app store account settings.
Refunds
All purchases are handled by Apple or Google, and their refund policies apply.
Free Trials
We may offer free trials from time to time.
  • Trials automatically convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled
  • We may modify or discontinue trials at any time
8. Service Availability
We strive to keep Faceup available and functioning properly.
However, we do not guarantee that the Service will always be:
  • uninterrupted
  • error-free
  • completely secure
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service, including exercises, programs, and lessons, at any time.
9. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in Faceup, including:
  • software
  • design
  • logos
  • trademarks
  • exercises, videos, lessons, and other content
belong to Canopas Software LLP or its licensors.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the Service without written permission.
10. Privacy
Your use of Faceup is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
The Privacy Policy explains how we collect, process, and protect your personal data, including your photos.
11. Termination
You may stop using Faceup at any time.
You may delete your account through the app settings.
We may suspend or terminate accounts if:
  • these Terms are violated
  • the Service is used illegally
  • the Service is abused or misused
Upon termination, access to the Service may be removed.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Faceup shall not be liable for:
  • any injury, discomfort, or skin reaction resulting from exercises or skincare routines
  • loss of data
  • indirect or consequential damages
arising from the use of the Service.
Faceup’s total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service during the previous 12 months.
13. Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available".
We do not guarantee that:
  • the Service will always be available
  • the Service will be free from errors
  • you will achieve any particular results
14. Force Majeure
Faceup shall not be held liable for any delay, failure, or interruption in the Service caused by events beyond our reasonable control. These events may include natural disasters, acts of government, war, terrorism, labor disputes, internet service disruptions, power failures, cyberattacks, or failures of third-party service providers.
During such events, we will make reasonable efforts to restore the Service as soon as possible.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms periodically.

Updated Terms will be posted within the app or on our website.

Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
16. Entire Agreement
These Terms of Service, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Faceup regarding the use of the Service and replace any prior agreements or understandings.
17. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes related to these Terms or the Service will be resolved in the courts located in India.
